Molson Dry and CKOI web radio launch new site

New virtual environment capitalizes on the increasing popularity of web radio and offers special tools to cellphone users.

Yesterday in Montreal, Molson Dry and Corus unveiled the online launch of its new interactive Molson Dry Web platform and four specialized web radio stations – Rock, Urban, Dance and Top 50. Aiming ‘to plunge surfers into a multi-sensorial, musically alive web experience,’ the new venture includes telephone convergence with exclusive tools for mobile phone users. Dubbed ‘Wake Me Up’ and ‘Get Me Out,’ they are pre-recorded telephone messages that can be used as wake-up calls, and to give users a good excuse to get out of an uncomfortable situation.

The site concept was developed by Cossette Group’s Fjord Interactive Marketing + Technology and is designed to complement the ‘intensely refreshing’ positioning of the Molson Dry brand.
