Canadians ask for enviro-friendly publications
A new poll suggests that 94% of Canadians say newspapers should use environmentally friendly paper sources, and two-thirds of Canadians are more likely to purchase enviro-friendly publications. The 18-34 demo actually attributes the most brand value and integrity to the ‘green’ publishers of books, magazines and newspapers.
Released yesterday by Vancouver’s Markets Initiative environmental advisory agency, a new Pollara poll leaves no doubt about the importance Canadians place on the environment in their consumer choices. Only 6% of respondents don’t feel strongly that publishers should use environmentally friendly paper sources.
