Discovery Civilization gets gritty in July

Two new series are among the programming premieres planned for Discovery Civilization’s Thursdays and Mondays in July.

The Garage premieres on July 5 in Thursday’s 7 pm ET / 4 pm PT time slot. The gritty reality series follows the staff of English Mobile Mechanics – a bunch of Brits working at a garage in Spain. Five new recruits are hired to help a controlling Scotsman boss cater to the fine automobiles in the Costa Del Sol.

Crimes that Shook the World, a six-part series, will premiere on Monday, July 16 in the 8 pm ET / 9 pm PT time slot – focusing on the lives of renowned serial killers such as Fred and Rose West, the BTK killer and the Phoenix strangler.
