You could try the giant LED boards at McMahon Stadium.
Media buys just got a little easier for marketers interested in reaching fans of the Calgary Stampeders via the huge video screens in their hometown McMahon Stadium. That’s because of the recently inked strategic partnership between board owner Screen Giant Media and media seller Skyboard Media.
The two Calgary-based companies have worked cooperatively over the years, but have now formalized their relationship, Skyboard president Robert Hoogveld tells MiC. He says his company is ‘excited with the synergies this presents,’ and adds that he recently beefed up his sales staff.
Skyboard also sells time on video displays in Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria, and claims a combined total weekly audience of over 13 million people. The company’s customers include national brand advertisers The Brick, West Jet, Rogers Sportsnet, CTV, Global Television, the Sun Newspaper Group, Sears Canada and Dodge Canada.
Screen Giant owns and operates a variety of indoor and outdoor displays. The company recently installed a screen in Saskatoon, and is currently working to expand its network. It has what it believes is the world’s only HD 3-D digital billboard.
