MediaCom promotes Shelton
The Toronto agency also known as MBS/The Media Company has made the media vet EVP and director of trading.
As announced this morning, Helena Shelton has been promoted by MediaCom Canada (MBS/The Media Company) to the position of executive vice president and director of trading.
‘Over the last decade, Helena has led the broadcast buying unit at MBS/The Media Company, and built it into one of the leading negotiation units in Canada,’ says agency president/CEO Amanda Ploughman. ‘Her new expanded role will enable MediaCom to leverage that strength across channels to provide better value to advertisers. The move reflects today’s landscape, where key media vendors are playing across platforms and expanding into nontraditional space.’
