As gas prices increase, so do radio ads for autos:

No fewer than four auto dealers boosted their radio spends enough to make it onto the top 10 chart this week.
Canada Trust heavyed up on radio sufficiently to not only appear on the chart for the first time in more than two months, but actually grab the #1 spot. And Canadian Tire took #3 in its first ’08 appearance among top radio advertisers. But the big news was the presence of four auto companies: Honda, Ontario Toyota Dealers, Ontario Chevrolet Dealers and Pontiac 6.
