Canada’s local search engine, Toronto-based 411.ca, has upgraded its website to enable businesses to post more details and customized information. The site now houses video ads, a feature provided by the production group PixelFish. Users can save or send their search results via text message, Facebook pages or Outlook calendars. With the contribution of Microsoft’s new Virtual Earth mapping software, visitors also have access to interactive maps and directions.
