ADDC Awards single out Shreddies as top media multi-tasker

Gold winners in interactive media include viral efforts from Taxi, GJP, Bos and Crush.

The Advertising & Design Club of Canada recognized the country’s top ad talent at its 59th annual awards show in Toronto this week. The sold-out event at the ROM saw the presentation of 366 awards spanning broadcast, print, graphic design and editorial design categories, all selected by a panel of international judges.

Gold winners in the interactive media category included Taxi Toronto’s ‘Aviva Microsite’ for client Aviva Canada, GJP Advertising & Design’s ‘’ for Vincor, Bos Advertising’s ‘wtf?’ viral marketing campaign for Mac’s Convenience Stores and Crush’s interactive video entry ‘The Gum Thief’ for Random House.

Ogilvy & Mather took the gold in the multiple media category for its ‘New’ Diamond Shreddies campaign for Kraft Canada.
