LiveDress gets more social

Toronto-based fashion site LiveDress.com relaunched as a social networking site for men and women who love to shop, in order to better connect shoppers with local businesses. Within three months, the Soko Company-owned site anticipates 25,000 registered users across Canada.

Sporting a new look and new content, the site allows registered browsers to check out store deals and blogs, as well as print coupons posted by store owners. Also, a ‘My Stores’ list enables consumers to stay up to date on store offerings. In turn, stores can enhance communication with patrons by creating blogs and posting special offers on the site.

For its advertising partners, the site offers content integration as well as video, big box and skyscraper units. Co-branding opps are also available. Dove and Mercedes-GLK are two brands already on board.

To help promote the new site, the LiveDress team will be making appearances on several morning shows in the next few weeks.
