‘Viagra Confessions’ pokes fun at reno nuts
Pfizer Canada has released another knee-slapping ad as part its ‘Confessions’ campaign for Viagra. The new TV spot, which debuts during prime-time programming tonight, takes a light-hearted stab at home-renovation extremism as a substitute for sexual activity.
With creative developed by Taxi Canada and media buys by MediaCom, a reno-afflicted couple reflect on their obsession with feng shui, seasonal themes and colour palettes, and realize Viagra is the remedy to their addiction. ‘Redecorating was ruining our lives,’ concludes the man.
Previous spots from the campaign won Taxi a Gold Campaign Film Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival this summer.
