Federal gov tops TO, Montreal: Media Monitors radio rankings, March 22 to 28, 2010
The Government of Canada secured the top radio buys for both Toronto and Montreal for the third week running, according to spending rankings for the week of March 22 to 28, 2010.
In Montreal, AlarmForce secured the runner-up position for the second week in a row, with Desjardins General Insurance climbing eight spots to grab the #3 rung.
The Home Depot nailed #4 with an impressive debut, while Koodo Mobile jumped 27 slots to land at #8 as the Montreal market’s other big mover of the week.
In Toronto, Koodo also made big gains, moving 32 places to secure #4, right behind Rona and Nissan, who held the #2 and #3 positions, respectively.
Other big gains in Toronto: McDonald’s was up 11 rungs to #8; Molson Canadian splashed at # 9 and The Bay stepped up 10 positions to #10.
