Tim’s stays on top: Media Monitors radio rankings, July 26 to Aug. 1, 2010

 

Many of us could use an iced cappuccino in this weather, and Tim Hortons is reminding Canadians to grab one with a strong radio buy as the coffee shop holds on to the #1 spot in this week’s Media Monitors radio ad spend rankings.

Spence Diamonds moves up one spot to #2, bumping Sleep Country Canada to #3. The biggest mover in Toronto this week was The Beer Store, boosting its long weekend spend to move up 12 spots to #8.

In Montreal, BellTV climbs one spot to reach #1, causing AlarmForce to drop by one spot to #2. There were a couple of bigger moves in the Montreal market – Chevrolet and Corbeil Appliances both made their top 10 debuts on the radio monitors, in #4 and #5, respectively.
