Olive expands again

The media company adds seven new staffers at its Toronto and Montreal offices, including former Postmedia exec Krista Kadai.

Toronto and Montreal-based Olive Media has expanded its workforce once again, adding seven new staffers to its Montreal and Toronto offices.

The most senior hire is of former Postmedia/National Post exec Krista Kadai, who has been named head of partnerships and product development at Olive Elite in Toronto. Prior to her new role, Kadai spent seven years with National Post/Postmedia, most recently in the role of director of integrated advertising.

Also joining the Olive Toronto team are Angela Beggs, a research specialist who comes from the publishing world; Kevin Boyd, business analyst, previously with the CBC; Shruti Dosapati, business analyst, previously with Loblaw Companies; and new executive assistant Naomi Cudanin.

Joining the Montreal office are Sandrine Labrie, account manager, and Ioana Tirtirau, account coordinator, both of whom were previously with La Presse.

In addition to the seven new hires, contractor Marie-Chantale Faucher has also joined the team full time as strategic account executive.

Last month, Olive Media announced the hire of senior execs Jeff Clark and Matthew Weinstein.
