M2 Universal wins Wind Mobile and Globalive

M2 Universal has been chosen as the media agency of record for Wind Mobile and its parent company Globalive Communications Corp.

The announcement was made this morning following a competitive review, and includes all strategic planning and buying for the company’s brands, which also include Yak Communications, One Connect, Canopco and Globalive Carrier Services, according to a release.

The mobile co most recently worked with Starcom MediaVest Group in Canada and chose M2 Universal based on its creativity and strategic insights, according to comments from Mirko Rugarli, CMO at Wind Mobile, in a press release.

“As Wind Mobile heads into our next phase of development, we are fortunate to be partnering with another great media agency and we look forward to building on our success,” he says.
