Cossette Media announces top brass changes
There is a big change at the top for Toronto’s Cossette Media: Mike Rumble (pictured) is taking over the position of managing director from Terry Horton.
Horton, who has been with the agency for 15 years is leaving to pursue new career challenges according to a release.
Rumble starts on April 1 and most recently worked as director of connection planning at Taxi in Toronto. Prior to working at Taxi, Rumble held positions at Media Experts, M2 Universal and OMD Canada.
Pierre Delagrave, founding partner of Cossette and president, media, tells MiC he hired Rumble because of his experience in connection planning and work in different markets across Canada.
“Not all media directors are good at connection planning, and clients need to believe you can do it,” he says. “Very few people are considered good at it, and Mike is one of them that is.”
