Bell Media unveils new OOH column design in Montreal
The Astral Out-of-Home division unveils distinct digital and static displays designed for the Quartier des Spectacles cultural hub.
Bell Media’s Astral Out-of-Home division has unveiled a new distinct design for digital and static display columns to be installed in downtown Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles district. The media co will install 14 new columns and convert 16 existing columns to the new design by Michel Dallaire.
Three of the new structures will be equipped with LCD screens and NFC technology, bringing the number of Astral digital displays in Quartier des Spectacles to eight. The OOH division will also install seven additional digital displays across other areas of downtown Montreal, bringing the total to 40.
According to a Bell press release, the Quartier des Spectacles neighbourhood is popular with tourists, hosts dozens of festivals, and has 47,000 workers and 45,000 students travel to it daily. The district is home to 80 concert and event venues and seven public squares.
