Cieslok Media acquires assets of Clarity Outdoor Media
The acquisition adds three signs to its slate in Toronto and one in Vancouver.
Cieslok Media has announced the acquisition of Clarity Outdoor Media, adding four new faces to the company’s slate of OOH properties.
The acquired locations include two signs along the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto, with a multi-media domination facing west and a full-motion video display sign facing east. Cieslok also takes over a building wrap and digital video board at Spadina and Dundas and a new digital location in downtown Vancouver.
According to a representative from Cieslok it is only acquiring the assets of Clarity Outdoor Media, the company retains its name and will continue to operate as a separate entity.
This acquisition is the first for the company since its inception in September of last year. Cieslok’s purchase of Clarity Outdoor Media is the second OOH industry purchase of the week, with Astral Out-of-Home announcing the acquisition of Macdonald Outdoor on Wednesday.
