Microsoft Advertising’s Canadian office has created new sales roles within the company, with Quin Millar and Elizabeth Aviado being named as advertising team leads.
Millar comes to Microsoft Advertising from his most recent role at the CBC where he worked as an account manager for
network sales with a focus on the sports division and events including the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics and Hockey Night in Canada. Prior to working with the CBC, Millar held positions at companies including Metro, the Postmedia Network and CanWest.
Aviado (pictured left) has been working with Microsoft Canada since 2010, starting as a senior account executive before being promoted to her most recent role in solutions sales for Skype and Windows 8.
Both Aviado and Millar will report to RJ Pauloski and Patty Demarco, both directors of sales at the company.
