BMO signs on for season three of Amazing Race Canada

The financial company is the newcomer to the list, as CTV unveils the slate of sponsors for the third season.

CTV’s has revealed its sponsorship slate ahead of season three of its summertime hit, Amazing Race Canada.

Season two of the reality show was the most-watched Canadian series of 2014, pulling an average audience of 2.8 million viewers per episode on CTV, according to final Numeris data released by series producer Insight Productions in October 2014.

It was the second-most-watched program overall in the country last year, after The Big Bang Theory, which also airs on CTV.

All third season sponsorship partners will be integrated into the show, as well as its online presence.

New to the sponsorship slate this year is BMO Financial Group, which joins returning sponsors Air Canada, and Chevrolet as premiere partners, and Dairy Queen Canada, Mentos and Petro-Canada as the additional returning sponsors.

Canadian Olympic champion Jon Montgomery is also returning as host of the third season of Amazing Race Canada.
