Chrysler buys the top: Media Monitors

The car co purchased the most advertising in Toronto for the week of Aug. 8 to 14.

Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM purchased the most radio advertising time in Toronto for the week of Aug. 8 to 14, according to the latest Media Monitors report.

The car co jumped from #41 to land at the top spot this week, and was followed by Rogers Wireless, which moved up from #8 to #2.

The Canadian National Exhibition and Mitsubishi entered the Toronto list at #3 and #4, respectively. TD Bank dropped from #3 to #5, rounding out the top of the list in the city.

In Montreal it was Bell Media’s bravo entering the list in the top spot. The channel was followed by Fido Wireless, which moved up from #49 to #2.

Ford Lincoln stayed put at #3, while Rogers Wireless jumped from #78 to #4.

Accent Insurance Solutions dropped from #2 to #5.
