Corus Entertainment’s HGTV has announced it will premiere original series Moving the McGillivrays and Bryan Inc. on Sept. 25 beginning at 9 p.m. HGTV greenlit the two original series in August of last year.

Moving the McGillivrays (10 x 60 minutes), which will air Sundays at 9 p.m., follows Income Property‘s Scott McGillivray as he and his family build their dream home. The series is produced by the host’s Toronto-based prodco, McGillivray Entertainment.

Following each episode, HGTV will debut two digital short series online. Kick Back with Scott and Moments with the McGillivrays will feature stories and special moments with McGillivray’s closest family and friends.

Bryan Inc (13 x 60 minutes) follows Bryan Baeumler, of other HGTV properties House of Bryan and Leave it to Bryan, and his wife Sarah as they work together to buy, renovate and sell homes. The series, which is produced by Si Entertainment, will air Sundays at 10 p.m.

The Baeumler’s will also host digital series made available on HGTV’s website. The B Team will give a behind-the-scenes look at the family’s home life and Ask Sarah will see the Baeumler matriarch answer fan questions.
