The Amazing Race Canada

It was another week at the top of the national charts for The Amazing Race Canada, according to Numeris.

Now in its eighth consecutive week at #1, the CTV reality show garnered an average minute audience of 1.98 million viewers for the week of Sept. 10 to 16.

Big Brother swept most of the top five as the second, third and fourth most-viewed program of the week, replacing last week’s runner-up, America’s Got Talent, which slid to #5.

While The Amazing Race Canada was favoured in most English-speaking markets, American Ninja Warrior was #1 in Montreal, which also found itself with a four-way tie for the #2 spot this week, with America’s Got Talent, Masterchef and Big Brother splitting second place between Tuesday and Wednesday showtimes.

Meanwhile, the season premiere of scripted drama Unité 9 drew the largest audience in the Quebec market, with 1.53 million people tuning into the program.
