The Edmonton International Raceway caught up to this business opportunity this week when it joined the NASCAR Dodge weekly series. The first race in the weekly event will take place Saturday, May 9 starting at 6:30 p.m. MT. The Edmonton track is the third Canadian venue to join the Dodge Series. Quebec and Ontario both have tracks registered with NASCAR.
