CNA’s Raitt to Toronto Star

Industry vet Suzanne Raitt will oversee advertising effectiveness at Canada's largest-circulation newspaper.

The Canadian Newspaper Association’s VP marketing since 2001, Suzanne Raitt has been appointed to the Toronto Star‘s newly-created position of managing director, advertising effectiveness – a role the newspaper describes as the first of its kind at any newspaper.

Prior to joining the CNA, Raitt held increasingly senior marketing roles at such companies as A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research, Robin Hood Multifoods and Hershey Canada, and at agencies Anderson Advertising, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and MacLaren McCann.
