NADbank releases product and lifestyle info

The Newspaper Audience Databank has released additional deets on the buying habits and prefs of Canadians.

NADbank released new product and lifestyle data today from its 2006 study report released on March 23. The new info contains details about the retail shopping habits, product usage, media preferences and lifestyle characteristics of Canadians.

The readership survey was conducted by using a product mail-back questionnaire, to which more than 26,300 adults responded from 19 markets. The new information measured Canadians’ responses regarding 29 product categories and 21 shopping categories, covering everything from alcoholic beverage consumption to automotive services.

The 2006 readership survey measured 81 Canadian daily newspapers in 55 urban markets and 61 community newspapers in 34 urban markets. See MiC‘s March 24 coverage of the 2006 NADbank study.
