Other sci-fi series hitting the Space sked include Grand Star, which follows the future survivors of a new ice age on Earth, premiering on Sept. 22 in the Saturday 7:30 pm ET/4:30 pm PT time slot; Destination Truth, the Sci Fi Channel’s supernatural documentary series from the US, premiering on Sept. 16 in the Sunday 7 pm ET/4 pm PT time slot; and Surface, a series about a new form of sea life that begins to appear in locales all over the Earth, premiering on Sept. 13 in the Thursday 9 pm ET/6 pm PT time slot.

Space has also got a 1997 series starring a young Heath Ledger marked for a Sept. 15 premiere. Roar, in which Ledger’s character leads a small band of Celts against the Roman Empire, lasted only one season. The show premieres in Space’s Saturday 8 pm ET/5 pm PT time slot.
