Yesterday, Montreal-HQ’d Eloda announced the appointment of François Rainville as president/CEO – saying his expertise in commercializing IT solutions makes him the right person to successfully execute the company’s ongoing business plan, and specifically its focus on marketing its products in the US.

Rainville was formerly CEO of Prima, which merged with Mediasoft in 2000 to become Elix, which he led until its acquisition by Bell Canada in 2004. Rainville then joined BCE Elix, overseeing its expansion in the Ontario and US markets, which resulted in record sales.
