CMT is calling on viewers to create a music video for country star Paul Brandt’s new single, ‘Come on & Get Some.’ Top prize is $5,000 plus air play for the winner’s video.

Launched last Friday, the effort starts contestants off with footage of Canadian country star Paul Brandt at CMT.ca. Users can cut and paste and then submit their version online, as well as share it with friends to solicit votes. The contest ends on October 21, when the top 20 vids with the highest vote counts and views will be presented to Brandt for final selection.

The singer will announce the winner live on October 24 during the season finale of Karaoke Star.
