Media Experts was the only Canadian company to take home a Grand Prix award last night at the Third Annual Internationalist Awards for Innovation in Media in New York.
The media co took home the top prize for its ‘Igniting a Nation’ campaign for Bombardier. It was one of two awards for Media Experts that night, which also took Gold for the agency’s Telus Extreme High Speed Internet service launch campaign.
Canadian companies were well represented at the awards, with PHD Canada taking three – a Gold for its Becel ‘Love your Heart’ campaign, Gold for ‘Milk, A Natural Source of Comfort’ for the Quebec Milk Producers and a Bronze for its ‘Reach out with Red Rose’ campaign. Starcom Canada also took Silver for ‘Going to Great Lengths’ for Covergirl.
The Internationalist Awards for Innovation in Media are hosted by Internationalist magazine and judged on their innovative use of media, breakthrough communications thinking, ability to solve marketing problems through media strategy, ability to provide solutions worthy or world-class standards and generating strong results.
