Government tops Toronto radio ad buys: Media Monitors, June 27 to July 3

The Government of Canada snags the spot from previous top buyer Rogers Hi-speed.

The Government of Canada is on top of the radio buying charts for the most recent Media Monitors report, measuring June 27 to July 3.

The government makes the jump to the top following a three-week run from Rogers Hi-speed in Toronto for the past three weeks.

Coming in at #2 in Toronto was the LCBO, jumping from #25 the week before. The #3 spot was filled by Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, which moved up from #6.

Also making a big move on the Toronto chart was Sleep Country, the English face of Dormez-vous mattress retailers joined the Toronto charts at #5 from #27.

In Montreal, Dormez-vous took the #1 spot, jumping from #17 the previous week.

Coming in at #2 for the city was The Home Depot, which made the jump from #27.
