SheKnows launches a Canadian site

Ad and sponsorship opps are available for the Canadian version of the Evolve Media Corp.-owned female-targeted US-based site.

Evolve Media Corp. has announced the launch of a Canadian version of its female-targeted lifestyle site with the start of SheKnows Canada.

The Canadian version of the site was launched to reach Canadian audiences and advertisers who asked for local content, Walder Amaya, SVP of Canadian and international operations, Evolve Media Corp tells MiC.

The site, which covers topics ranging from parenting and food to health and wellness, will be employing between 25 and 100 Canadian authors for the site, targeting women from their teenage years to middle age, says Amaya.

Advertising opportunities on the site include standard banner ads as well as sponsorships and video advertising, says Amaya.
