Juice Mobile takes top prize at 2012 Digi Awards

The company won for Most Promising Digital Media Company at last night's ceremony, with PHD and Cossette also getting nods for work with the Yellow Pages Group.

The 2012 Digi Awards were handed out last night, with hardware being distributed in 19 categories.

Juice Mobile brought home the prize for Most Promising Digital Media Company, with A Thinking Ape, Broadband TV, Klick Inc., Stingray Digital and Toonbox Entertainment being named as Canada’s Top Digital Companies.

Best in Branded Entertainment was given to McDonald’s Europe for its McDonald’s Happy Studio by Ottawa and Los Angeles-based Fuel Industries.

The prize for Best in Digital Advertising was awarded to the Yellow Pages Group for its “Scratch ‘N Win Contest,” with work by PHD and Cossette.

Best use of Social Media was awarded to Juniper Park for its “Tweet-A-Carol” campaign for the Toronto Pearson International Airport.

The Best in Tablet Applications was given to Aux Magazine for iPad, by Aux TV and Blue Ant Media.
