MediaCom adds to global team

The agency has added Matthew Mee and Dominic Guba to the international leadership team for the company.

MediaCom has made two appointments to its global leadership team, adding Matthew Mee to the new position of global chief strategy officer and Dominic Guba to global chief investment officer. Both will report directly to Stephen Allen, worldwide chairman and CEO of MediaCom.

Mee most recently worked as head of strategy at MediaCom for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and is a 17-year veteran of the company. In his new role, Mee will work with local and regional strategists to ensure world-class planning and pioneering innovations help “future proof” MediaCom’s client business globally. He will also continue to hold his position as a strategy lead with a number of clients, according to a release.

Guba is promoted to his new role at MediaCom from his most recent position of global head of trading. In his new role, Guba will focus on partnering with local leadership teams to deliver the most productive, cost-effective products and services in every MediaCom market, developing and applying trading models and implementation tools and optimizing the network’s investment processes. He will also remain the primary investment management lead with MediaCom’s parent company, GroupM.

Nicolas Grand, who joined MediaCom in 2011 as global investment director will take over as global head of trading at the agency.
