Global reveals fall primetime premiere dates

The fall lineup will offer advertisers a variety of TV and digital opps, including new series and season countdown sponsorships.

Shaw Media has unveiled premiere dates and times for its fall primetime schedule on Global Television, which includes a lineup of new and returning series.

Global’s fall season kicks off Monday Sept. 16, with the season premiere of Bones at 8 p.m., followed by the debut of new series Sleepy Hollow at 9 p.m. New series The Blacklist will join the Monday lineup in the 10 p.m. slot, while Almost Human will take Bones’ slot when it premieres on Nov. 4 (Bones will move to Fridays at 8 p.m. on Nov. 8, in simulcast with Fox.).

Starting Sept. 24, Tuesdays will feature a lineup of returning series, with NCIS at 8 p.m., followed by NCIS: Los Angeles at 9 p.m. and Chicago Fire at 10 p.m.

Wednesdays kick off Sept. 18 with a new season of Survivor, while new series The Michael J. Fox Show (pictured) premieres Sept. 25 at 9:30.  Sean Saves the World joins the Wednesday lineup in the 9 p.m. slot with its series premiere on Oct. 2 and new series Ironside will fill the 10 p.m. slot.

Starting Sept. 26, Thursdays will feature Glee and Elementary in the 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. slots, respectively. Welcome to the Family will join the lineup in the 8 p.m. slot with its series premiere on Oct. 3, followed by the debut of The Millers at 8:30.

Fridays will be anchored by returning series Parenthood and Hawaii Five-O, which premiere Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., respectively. Meanwhile new series Dracula will join the lineup starting Oct. 25 at 10 p.m.

Sundays will kick off Sept. 29 with the series premiere of We Are Men at 7:30 p.m., followed by returning series The Simpsons at 8 p.m. and Bob’s Burgers at 8:30. Also returning are Family Guy at 9 p.m., American Dad at 9:30 and The Good Wife at 10.
