The Brick and Benjamin Moore have signed on to play a part in the W Network’s new show Game of Homes, which follows four teams as they renovate four houses for the chance to compete for the grand prize of a new home and a plot of land to put it on.
Set in Vancouver, each episode of the show will feature a challenge followed by a renovation project. The Brick will be used as the source for all the furniture, appliances, electronics and mattresses needed during the challenges, says Lynn Chambers, VP of client marketing at Corus Entertainment.
Chambers says The Brick was brought on because of its previous work with other Corus shows like Property Brothers and Love it or List it Vancouver.
Also on as a sponsor is Benjamin Moore, with its paint products showcased on a Benjamin Moore Paint Station featuring a colour swatch wall, says Chambers.
“Because each episode has a different home renovation challenge, Game of Homes offered a greater breadth of areas of the home to target with creative product integrations,” she says. “With this broader scope, it allowed us to create very natural organic integrations utilizing all the products homeowners naturally use when tackling a home renovation or decorating project.”
Game of Homes is targeted at W Network’s core audience of women aged 25 to 54, and is set to premiere next March.
