W Network reaches more renovation lovers

The channel is expanding the Love it or List It brand, launching Love it or List It Vacation Homes.

W Network is building off one of its most successful franchises, announcing the launch of another spinoff from Love It or List It.

Love it or List It Vacation Homes will be hosted by designer Dan Vickery and realtor Elisa Goldhawke, and will feature a similar premise to the original, but focused on holiday houses in British Columbia and Ontario.

The two hosts will face off against each other, battling to sway vacation homeowners to keep their property (with renovations), or sell it.

The first season of the hour-long show is set to have 13 episodes.

loveItOrListItVacationHomesCorus Entertainment doesn’t disclose ratings, but a spokesperson says Love it or List It is one of W Network’s highest-ranking programs. The channel had 7.9 million subscribers in 2014, according to CRTC numbers.

Production on Love it or List It Vacation Homes begins this month, with the new series launching on W Network next spring. A spokesperson for the channel says brand integration opportunities and sponsorships are available.
