Bell Mobility takes the week: Media Monitors

The mobile company bought the most advertising in Toronto for the week of Aug. 31 to Sept. 6.

Bell Mobility was tops on the radio ad-buying chart in Toronto last week, purchasing the most spots for Aug. 31 to Sept. 6 according to the latest Media Monitors report.

The telco was followed by the Canadian National Exhibition, which dropped one from the previous week. Bell also took the #3 spot, moving up from #7 the previous week. Rogers Wireless moved from #15 to #4 and Pier 1 Imports entered the list at #5, rounding out the top of the pack for the week in Toronto.

In Montreal CTV took the top spot, moving up one from the previous week. Bell dropped one, taking the #2 spot for the week.

Telus Mobility made a big jump, moving from #28 to #3 for the week. Also moving up was Dormez-vous, which jumped from #14 to #4. Brault & Martineau lost one spot, moving from #4 to #5, and rounding out the top of the list for the week.
