The sponsorship slate for this fall’s World Cup of Hockey has been released.
The NHL tournament, which runs from Sept. 17 to Oct. 1 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, will feature the best international hockey players competing.
Air Canada, Canadian Tire, Honda, Molson Coors, PepsiCo, Scotiabank, Tim Hortons and Visa are all on as sponsors. They join official tournament jersey outfitter Addias and Rogers Communications, which is on as a corporate sponsor and is also the TV, online and mobile broadcaster of the tournament.
The NHL has also announced the Scotiabank World Cup of Hockey Fan Village, which will celebrate hockey as well as food, music and culture. The village will be free of charge and open to the public.
