Initiative Canada has added to its senior client team, hiring Noah Vardon as VP, client business partner.

Agency president Helen Galanis told MiC Vardon’s client-side experience played into him joining thenoahVardon Initiative team. Vardon spent over three years at TD Bank, working on digital marketing and social media. Most recently, he worked at MediaCom Canada, spending the past year as a group account director.

Joining from the client-side herself at the start of 2016, Galanis said that hires like Vardon are all part of “building an agency I would have wanted to work with.”

At Initiative Canada, Vardon will be responsible for leading client business on the Dairy Farmers of Canada, CBC, H&M, Bose and Wind Mobile accounts.

Initiative Canada folded sister agency M2 into its group at the end of 2015. Since then the agency has hired senior members including Galanis as president and Nish Shah as VP of strategy.
