The Big Bang Theory is back on top: Numeris

The comedy on CTV beat the Grammy Awards as the most-watched single-night show for the week of Feb. 6 to 12, 2017.

The Big Bang Theory was back in the top spot nationally for the highest average-minute audience (2+) of all daily shows in Canada, according to the Numeris report for Feb. 6 to 12, 2017. The comedy series on CTV, which saw an average audience of 3.99 million viewers, beat out the Grammy Awards on City by more than one million viewers — although the awards were still up from last year.

Big Bang was the number-one daily show for all anglophone markets except for Toronto/Hamilton, where the Grammy Awards took the top spot. NCIS, the Grammys and Bull also landed in the top five in most English-speaking markets.
