Crackle signs with Cue Digital Media

The deal marks the first ad representation deal for Canada in the market.

Crackle has signed its first ad representation deal in the Canadian market, announcing Cue Digital Media as its exclusive sales partner.

Prior to this deal, Crackle had been primarily selling inventory directly to clients, with some additional work being done by Oath (then AOL Canada).

Ad options on the free streamer include video pre- and mid-roll, video sponsorship billboards and video promercials as well as interactive video ad units and banner ads.

Current content available on Crackle, which is owned by Sony Pictures Television Networks, includes the feature films Django Unchained, Zero Dark Thirty and The Interview.

Crackle reaches 1.5 million unique Canadians a month, according to comScore numbers provided by Cue Digital Media.
