Ford takes the top in Toronto: Media Monitors

CTV was #1 in the Montreal market, bumping last week's top buyer, Hydro-Quebec, to second place.

Ford was the top radio ad buyer in the Toronto market for the week of Sept. 10 to 16, according to the latest Media Monitors report.

Bumping last week’s top buyer, Rogers, to #6 this week, Ford was followed by Infiniti Dealer Association at #2, Mazda at #3, Sail at #4 and Planet Fitness at #5.

New to the top 10 were TD Canada Trust (#7), Pizza Pizza (#8) OLG (#9) and Koodo (#10).

CTV was back in the top spot in the Montreal market this week, causing last week’s #1 buyer, Hydro-Quebec, to slide into the #2 spot. Nissan, Allstate and Mitsubishi Dealer Association rounded out the top five.

For categories, Cars and Trucks, Dealer Association was the top category buyer in both the Toronto and Montreal markets, with a play count of 2,554 spots in Toronto this week (up significantly from 293) and 1020 in Montreal (up from 480).
