Food Network Canada will debut a new series in March, one featuring already-established stars from popular food series.

Buddy vs. Duff will see Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) and Duff Goldman (Ace of Cakes) square off in what it calls an “epic baking brawl.” The six-week series will see the two pros challenged in baking techniques, design skills and, of course, taste.

Beginning March 10 and airing Sundays at 10 p.m.,  the series is a later addition to the Corus-owned network’s midseason lineup. Also joining the spring slate on the network is the new season of Spring  Baking Championship, which premieres March 18 at 9 p.m.

The entirety of Buddy vs. Duff‘s airing coincides with a national free preview period for Food Network Canada.

Since Bell Media debuted its own food-focused specialty network, Gusto, in late 2016, Food Network Canada and Gusto have distinguished themselves from one another, with Gusto airing more food culture and lifestyle-oriented series and Food Network focusing on competition and instructional series.

According to a rep for Food Network Canada, there are no sponsors attached to the series yet.
