Food Network announces sponsors for Fire Masters

The new Canadian original will pit amateur chefs against culinary celebrities.

The new Canadian original for Food Network Canada, Fire Masters, is set to premiere March 21, and it’s brought three major brand sponsors along with it.

Fire Masters, a 10-episode, 60-minute series, will push a trio of chefs with culinary challenges judged by a rotating panel of well-known judges. Once two chefs have been eliminated, the final chef will go head-to-head with one of the judges.

Every episode will feature grill stations provided by barbecue manufacturer Napoleon. Besides the grills and accessory equipment being featured in every episode, the winner of each second round will be awarded a Napoleon Travel portable grill.

Also featured in multiple episodes will be Certified Angus Beef, which will serve as the exclusive beef provider of the series. It will also be highlighted in one specific episode integration, in which the chefs will be tasked with using different cuts of beef. One challenge will also feature The Little Potato Company.

Corus confirmed to MiC that none of the sponsors went through agencies for their respective partnerships.

Judges include U.S. and Canadian restaurateurs such as Kevin Bludso (Bludso’s BBQ in Los Angeles), Connie DeSousa (of Top Chef Canada fame), Andy Husbands (The Smoke Shop in Boston), Andrea Nicholson (Butchie’s in Whitby) and more.
