People moves: The Media Kitchen, Noise and more

The Media Kitchen adds to Montreal office

Luc Harvey has been brought on permanently at The Media Kitchen as the new associate director in the Montreal office. Harvey has been in the agency world since 1993, specializing in media research and negotiations. Past work includes Voyou Performance Creative, Pigiste (where he worked on media for Volkswagen), Mediacom, MEC and Maxus.

Shaftesbury creates new VP position

Shaftesbury has hired marketing expert Dylen Postnikoff to lead its global brand strategy. In the newly created position of VP, global brand strategy, Postnikoff, will be based out of Toronto and lead the prodco’s marketing and communications strategies with a focus on expanding its global footprint to build more engagement with international audiences. Postnikoff most recently served as head of TV entertainment and content marketing at CBC, where she oversaw the marketing for CBC properties such as Schitt’s Creek, Kim’s Convenience, Anne with an E and Baroness von Sketch Show.

Noise Digital adds media planners

Aman Soin has joined Vancouver agency Noise as a planner. He previously worked as a planner in Jungle Media’s Toronto office. Also joining the media and planning team is Jackie Jagger, who previously served as a digital marketing specialist for Digital Hospitality Internet Marketing. Recent wins for Noise include Vega and Destination BC.
