Cossette Media makes major moves in three offices
Cossette Media has made a number of changes to its Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal offices including both promotions and new hires. In Toronto, it’s promoted Ken Gamage to director of data strategy (from senior data strategist), and Carrie Bisnaith to senior analytics manager. It’s also hired on digital engagement manager Mariele Calvo, director of digital solutions Jess Tran, group strategy director Sophie Labarre, performance manager Amy Smith, and fellow performance manager Ting Ting Pan (who previously worked for the company until 2017 when she left for an opportunity with Google). In Vancouver, it’s hired Harpreet Dhaliwal as strategy director, and in Quebec, it’s upped Marie-Christine Simard to run the office’s buying team. Simard has served in progressively senior roles with Cossette since 2000.
Crucial Interactive makes moves focused on Contobox
Ad tech company Crucial Interactive has made two moves as it boosts its core programmatic product, Contobox. It’s created a new role, digital client lead, specifically for Contobox. Matt Kaine, who most recently was senior engagement director with Noise Digital, will lead the team and facilitate Contobox’s client-direct business. It’s also pulled Nicolas DiLollo, who previously served as director of marketing for Crucial, into the position of director of marketing for Contobox. Now focusing specifically on Contobox, DiLollo will manage events, product rollouts as well as sponsorships.
In Your Ear Productions hires ad sales veteran
Media sales vet David Higgins has joined Toronto-based In Your Ear Productions to specialize in worldwide ad sales and product integration. Properties Higgins will rep include In Your Ear’s sports media site, Next Sports Star, and its late night chat show, Being Frank, which airs on CHCH. He will also handle sales and product integration for upcoming movies made by Frank D’Angelo, founder of In Your Ear. Higgins’ previous sales roles include SlimCut, The Globe and Mail, Media City, Mediative and Suite 66.
