Fall TV has arrived and the changes on the Numeris charts for the week ending Sept. 29 prove it.

Primetime dramas drew Canadian viewers this week as The Good Doctor was the most-watched single-night broadcast with an AMA of 2.6 million. That was followed by New Amsterdam with nearly 2.5 million. After the summer reality rush, Survivor was the only reality series to break the top-five nationally with an AMA of 2.2 million for the premiere of its 39th season.

In Quebec, Alerte Amber was the most-watched single-night broadcast with an AMA of 1.4 million, an almost identical number of viewers who tuned in the week previous.

In Toronto/Hamilton, season two of singing reality series The Masked Singer, which is new to CTV, managed to break into the top-five with an AMA of 457,000 viewers while in Montreal, This Is Us took the top spot with 100,000 viewers.
