Kristine Lyrette is no longer with Publicis Media.

Lyrette, who was appointed chair of the Canadian Media Directors Council in October, had been with Publicis for five years most recently serving as president of Zenith.

A spokesperson from Publicis Media confirmed Lyrette had left the organization and that Bettina Heimrath, SVP managing director of Spark Foundry would “take on oversight” of both Zenith and Spark Foundry brands in Canada.

In a statement emailed to MiC, Publicis said, “We thank Kristine for her commitment and everything she’s helped us accomplish for the company and our clients over the years.”

Organic growth for Publicis Groupe was down 2.3% according to its 2019 financials released Feb. 6.
