Plus, newly launched Quebecor Expertise Media makes a number of AD hires.

Toronto-based FUSE Create continues to strengthen its integrated services with additions to its newly formed media department with the hiring of Rita Steinberg (pictured) as director of digital media.

She brings her experience at WE Foundation and Hudson Energy to her mandate to build up and build out the department under the leadership of recently appointed media VP Luke Moore.

Joining Steinberg is Jacquie Kostuk, who, after seven years at Grip (DentsuOne), has been hired as director of creative strategy. She will be working with Lanny Geffen, director of customer experience, focusing on strategy, content creation, production and creative ideation with a focus on social media.

The new team members will work with new and existing client accounts that include CIBC, Air Miles, Burnbrae Farms, Gaviscon, Ricola and The Green Organic Dutchman.

Quebecor Expertise Media bolsters its Toronto office

Following the rebrand of its ad sales team, Quebecor Expertise Media – formerly Quebecor’s Advertising Sales – has added four new account directors to its Toronto office. New hires include Leema Williams as digital account director; Rajan Sharma as account director, programmatic media solutions; and Mark Anthony Di Cio, account director, 360 media solutions. Tony Vigario, previously on Quebecor’s 360 team, transitions to digital account director.

Williams brings over a dozen years of sales experience at Metroland Media Group, more recently as a freelance social media strategist, to her new role. She will report to Marie-Claude Desjardins, senior director, business development and media creativity.

Sharma has over 15 years experience in digital sales and programmatic solutions. At Quebecor, he will be responsible for covering the programmatic territory in both Montreal and Toronto and will also be heavily involved in the growth of programmatic OOH sales.

Di Cio joins the team from Bell Media, where he worked for several years as director of sales for their French-language products.

Tony Vigario, a proven account director on the 360 media solutions team, returns to his former passion with the digital team as a digital account director. Sharma, Di Cio, and Vigario will report to Jérôme Leys, senior director of media sales.
