Sportsnet announces NHL playoffs round two coverage

Game six of the Canadiens and Leafs series was the most-watched Stanley Cup playoff game in the history of Sportsnet.

Following the Leafs loss against the Canadiens in game seven Monday night, Sportsnet’s second round NHL North Division playoffs broadcast schedule has been solidified.

It has also announced complementary NHL programming, with live coverage of the 2021 Draft Lottery on Wednesday, June 2 at 7 p.m. ET on Sportsnet and SN Now.

Leading up to last night’s loss, Chris Johnston, Hockey Night in Canada reporter, tweeted that game six of the Canadiens and Leafs series on Saturday was “Sportsnet’s most-watched Stanley Cup Playoff game ever, drawing an average audience of 4.7 million,” reaching 10.2-million Canadians overall.
